1. About these terms

Kings of Tibia ("KOT", "we") is a free-to-play online game run by hobbyists. By creating an account or playing the game you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Rules. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Do not share your account number or password.
• You must give a valid email address. We may use it to contact you about your account.
• One Player Name per account. Names must follow the naming rules, and we may change or remove names that break them.
• We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or the Rules.

3. Age

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need permission from a parent or guardian.

4. Game content and virtual items

All characters, items, gold and other in-game content belong to the game and have no real-world value. They are not your property, and you may not sell, trade or transfer them for real money or anything else outside the game.

5. Premium and purchases

Any paid features are described where they are offered. Unless the law requires otherwise, purchases are not refundable once they are delivered to your account.

6. Service availability

The game is provided "as is". We try to keep it running but cannot guarantee it will always be available, free of bugs or without data loss. We may change, reset or shut down parts of the game at any time.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the game or website.

8. Privacy

We store your account number, email address, password hash, and the IP addresses and game data needed to run the game and enforce the Rules. We do not sell your data.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
